Your tasks
6. Continuous coordination of the external service provider to ensure the supply of materials to the foreign assembly plant, taking into account quality, time and stability
7. Proactively taking appropriate measures in bottleneck situations
8. Maintaining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring target achievement
9. Requesting and documenting corrective measures from the logistics service provider (LSP) for long-term problem solving and target achievement
10. Carrying out necessary training measures, either virtually or directly on site at the LSP in Berlin (travel basis)
11. Coordination and coordination with suppliers, supplier managers, forwarders and other plants in the event of highly critical bottlenecks, disruptions or persistent supply problems
12. Acting as a central communication interface for the procurement team regarding scheduling issues
13. Coordinating with internal departments such as specialist purchasing, supplier, capacity and quality management as well as external logistics service providers, including freight forwarders and consolidation centers, as required
Your profile
14. Ideally completed commercial or technical vocational training with in-depth knowledge of logistics, materials management, purchasing or related areas
15. Professional experience in an international context and experience in managing service providers an advantage
16. Experienced with SAP and MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
17. Knowledge of the company's logistics systems desirable
18. Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
