In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

Skills Check
1. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
2. At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the finance department of a manufacturing company
3. Analytical and conceptual skills
4. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and solution orientation
5. Experience in leading and motivating teams
6. Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
7. Business fluent in German and English
Challenge Check
1. Overall responsibility for monthly reporting to the Austrian parent company (accounting in accordance with UGB, i.e. Austrian commercial law)
2. Responsibility for the budget, forecasts and annual financial statements.
3. Responsibility for the company's tax management for all relevant tax types
4. Ensuring stable liquidity for the company through precise planning and efficient liquidity management
5. Optimization and further development of financial processes in coordination with the Group to support company growth and increase efficiency
6. Targeted management and optimization of the Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, IT and Facility Management departments
