KYC Officer (M/F/X)
To address the regular strengthening of regulations regarding Know Your Customer (KYC) and client file reviews, we are looking for a KYC Officer within the KYC Office department.
Job Benefits: The rules for client identification (Know Your Customer) are very important. In addition to learning the tools, the employee will learn the specific rules for client identification induced by various regulations and internal circulars. They will become familiar with the Group's risk management policies and processes in a very international environment in Luxembourg and acquire knowledge of numerous regulatory tax constraints (FATCA, AEOI, etc.).
Your Mission:
* Ensure the collection of documentation for client onboarding (EER) and periodic reviews according to regulations and internal AML KYC procedures.
* Conduct precise and thorough analysis of collected documents.
* Update local AML-KYC tools for our clients by entering client data (including various stakeholders: directors, beneficial owners, etc.) based on documentation provided by the manager; provide pre-filled account opening documentation.
* Assist Relationship Managers with account openings, closures, or recertifications while adhering to AML KYC procedures.
* Verify, control, and ensure the quality and compliance of client data entered in the bank's systems and applications, as well as documents gathered during the documentation collection process.
* Participate in drafting and implementing procedures.
Your Profile:
* Education: Bac +2/3 in law, economics, or finance.

* Ability to quickly learn new IT tools (especially documentary tools).
* Language Skills:
* Proficiency in French and English.
* Knowledge of Luxembourgish and any other language is considered an advantage
