What you'll do
* You will shape and implement our Global Supply Chain Management strategy, driving innovation and operational excellence.
* As a key collaborator with the Head of SCM, you will design and implement the future operating model, taking into account the skills required and the cross-functional implications.
* You will lead, develop and coach a team of 14 dedicated direct reports, fostering a high performance culture.
* Deliver and monitor key initiatives in support of our strategic objectives, ensuring that projects are aligned with the Global Supply Chain Management strategy.
* You will be responsible for managing change initiatives and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Who you are
* You possess a degree in business, industrial engineering or a closely related field in supply chain and logistics.
* With extensive relevant experience, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the role.
* You are adept at navigating matrix organisations and have the ability to lead through indirect influence.
* Having extensive experience in direct leadership roles, enabling you to excel at managing and inspiring teams.
* Your deep understanding of transportation, warehousing and handling SCM processes is complemented by a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
