Your Responsibilities Student & Administrative Support: Manage the Registry's shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries. Assist students virtually during online office hours and respond to inquiries in person on campus. Organize and support Orientation events for newly enrolled students. Provide guidance on university regulations, academic progression, and assessment policies through tutorials and direct communication. Prepare and dispatch official letters regarding student progression, assessment, and Examination Board decisions. Process student requests, including appeals, academic misconduct cases, extenuating circumstances, and recognition of prior learning (RPL). Facilitate intermission requests in collaboration with Finance, Academic, and Student Support departments. Oversee assessment and reassessment processes, ensuring timely reporting to the Examination Board. Maintain and update student records in the student database (SYS) and the Virtual Learning Environment (Canvas). Track students' academic progress and liaise with relevant teams to ensure accurate records. Ensure compliance with examination regulations and deadlines. Work closely with Finance, Student Support, and Academic departments to streamline processes and ensure students receive timely support. Deliver key metrics for internal and external statistical reports. Your profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or a related field preferred. Experience: Prior experience in student services, academic administration, or a similar role in higher education. Technical Skills: Familiarity with student databases (SYS), Learning Management Systems (Canvas), and Microsoft Office. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Why us?
