We are seeking a Global Key User Lead for the Lead to Order (L2O) process on a global scale. The L2O process spans from lead generation to order fulfillment, including aftersales, ensuring an efficient and seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM implementations, end-to-end sales cycles, aftersales processes, and a strong background in customer service or sales operations. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing global processes and supporting the adoption of CRM tools. In this role, you'll lead and coordinate key user activities across regions, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of our global template. You'll drive collaboration across teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processes. Your tasks Lead and guide a global team of key users through the transformation process. Ensure alignment between regions and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration. Oversee system configuration, testing, and training to meet project timelines. Develop training materials and support end users post-implementation. Act as a liaison between key users and project teams, advocating for user needs. Provide regular updates and reports on implementation progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Your profile Strong project management and leadership skills. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ applications. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a global environment. Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
