The objective of this recruitmentis to strengthen the existing team. The Purchasing & Contract Officer will report to the Administration & Purchasing Manager. Your responsibilities *Your daily tasks Being the main point of contact with internal departments for all matters relating to purchasing and contracts; Managing and monitoring the entire purchasing process; Actively participating in negotiations with suppliers; Ensuring administrative management, registration and follow up of contracts; Editing and following up renewal and termination letters and amendments; Working closely with internal stakeholders to manage any incidents encountered during contract execution; Actively monitoring the life cycle of contracts under management; Controling the process and verify purchase requisitions; Ensuring compliance with purchasing/contracting procedures and work instructions; Ensuring compliance of orders/contracts with internal procedures and corporate governance rules; *Your other missions Evaluating suppliers with regard to contractual obligations and performance indicators; Carrying out various administrative and logistical tasks as required by the department; Participating in the integration of new employees.
