Key Responsibilities:

2. Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimise the entire outbound logistics process, including order fulfilment, shipping, and distribution.
3. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
4. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with carriers and logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery services.
5. Performance Monitoring: Utilise KPIs and other metrics to monitor, analyse, and improve logistics performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics operations comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
7. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in logistics management, with a focus on outbound logistics in a retail environment.
8. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
9. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, as well as current industry trends and best practices.
10. Language: Proficiency in German and English.
11. Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
