Mitarbeiter IT Support 2nd Level Onsite (m/w/d)

As an Onsite Technician (m/w/d) you will be responsible for creating wow-effects for our users at the Finkenwerder location. As part of the 2nd level support you will process tickets and inspire with your service-oriented way of working:
Your Responsibilities:
* You are the contact person for all technical inquiries and problems and ensure smiling faces through your creative problem solving.
* You are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, ...).
* You take over the installation of hardware/software as well as the configuration of networks and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
* You analyze and document occurring system and application errors.
Your Profile:
* Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or have 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Experience in working with the Microsoft environment.
* Experience in dealing with ticket systems.
* Strong communication skills with fluent German (C1) and good English skills, which you enjoy using on a daily basis.
