The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
* Structuring and standardizing construction project schedules in collaboration with the project leads
* Simulation of opportunity and risk scenarios in Oracle Primavera
* Establishing and conducting timeline reporting for overall project management and the executive board
* Ensuring the plausibility and feasibility of defined milestones
* Ensuring the overall consistency of the schedule
* Coordinating missing deadlines & new schedules
* Controlling and checking tasks and work packages
What you need for our CELLebration
* Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or engineering sciences with a corresponding specialisation
* Experience in the project management of demanding construction projects
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in construction project management in a comparable role
* Strong ability to work in a team and prioritisation skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
* Logical and analytical thinking
* Good knowledge of project management as well as planning and procurement law (e.g. HOAI, VgV, VOB)

* Extensive experience with project planning software (ideally Oracle Primavera)
