Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to promote products, drive engagement, and increase sales.
* Create, manage, and optimize email flows, including drip campaigns, transactional emails, and promotions.
* Segment email lists and tailor messaging for different customer audiences.
* Conduct A/B tests to refine email content, subject lines, and sending times to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
* Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
* Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure email visuals and copy are aligned with brand voice and objectives.
* Ensure compliance with email marketing laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
* Manage and grow the email subscriber base through targeted acquisition strategies.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve email campaign performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
* Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot) and CRM tools.
* Strong understanding of email segmentation, deliverability, and list management.
* Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in email campaign reporting and optimization.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
