What you’ll do
* Facilitate teams’ development & understanding towards agile fluency and self-organization via enabling them to define their best way of working
* Gather data to derive actionable insights and define engineering metrics together with the teams for predictability and transparency
* Support the Product Owner with refining product backlog and work closely with them to manage priorities based on value
* Closely collaborate with people lead and enable the teams to co-create their mission and vision to stay focused
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to help teams understand what value they bring to the organization
* Support teams by co-implementing metrics which help the teams understand and improve value delivery
* Increase team’s predictability on commitments and delivery efforts
* Deliver agile training and facilitation across teams and stakeholders
* Educate the team on improving flow by using effective flow optimization processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivery
* Support people to lead in fostering collaborative culture to enable effective goal setting and prioritization
* Increase team understanding about key bottlenecks to optimize flow of delivery
* Closely collaborate and regularly align with the People Lead on team health, dynamics, and impediment
* Educate all roles on lean agile principles to ensure coherence around agile values
* Help create an environment to make impediments visible and enable teams to resolve those impediments
* Facilitate retrospectives and other team rituals to enable continuous improvement and delivery
What you bring
* In-depth knowledge of agile principles and mindset
* Ability to engage, motivate, and influence teams on agile mindset and principles
* Mentoring and coaching skills, both individual and team level
* Mature and highly developed feedback skills (giving, receiving, and acting on feedback)
* Strong focus on inclusive work culture, collaborative mindset and open communication
* Sound understanding about metrics (outcome & impact oriented)
* Experience of delivering Agile training and facilitation across teams and stakeholders
* 5 or more years of experience in agile coaching at enterprise level or similar
* Ability to engage and adapt communication to different stakeholders
* Strong negotiation skills with focus on identifying balanced outcomes for everyone involved
* Knowledge of release cycle within an agile environment
* Data-driven approach to decision-making
* Scaled Agile Certification is a plus but not a dealbreaker (Less, SAFe, Scrum@Scale or DaD)
