Job Description: Commercial Development General Manager Location: Europe (Open to multiple countries with in EU) Industry: Biopharmaceuticals Company: Publicly listed pharmaceutical company specializing in biopharma and PD 1 therapies Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Development General Manager to drive international business growth and oversee commercial operations across Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving commercial objectives, fostering partnerships, and expanding the companys presence in key markets. With a robust portfolio of biosimilars and innovative therapies, including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) for oncology, autoimmune diseases, and other therapeutic areas, this role offers the chance to contribute significantly to global healthcare innovation. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy and Execution Drive the achievement of commercial objectives in collaboration with overseas business partners, focusing on Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize market performance and enhance the companys competitive positioning. Promote key products, including biosimilars (e.g., rituximab, trastuzumab, bevacizumab, and adalimumab) and innovative therapies, particularly PD 1 inhibitors for oncology. Partnership Management Oversee and manage relationships with international business partners. Collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD) and Marketing teams to align and execute joint strategies effectively. Market Development Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, assess industry trends, and evaluate competitive positioning for products in oncology, autoimmune diseases, and other therapeutic areas. Formulate actionable plans to penetrate new markets and maximize regional growth potential. Team Leadership and Expansion Build, lead, and manage a high performing overseas commercial team. Expand the commercial team in line with the companys long term international growth objectives. Leadership and Innovation Provide leadership to ensure sustainable growth, innovation, and successful market penetration in new territories. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within the commercial organization. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is preferred. Extensive experience in commercial development, business development, or sales leadership within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical sector. Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and expanding market presence in international regions. Strong knowledge of biosimilar and innovative biologic products, particularly in oncology (e.g., PD 1 inhibitors, rituximab, trastuzumab, and bevacizumab) and autoimmune diseases (e.g., adalimumab).
