GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Junior Campaign manager executes full-service email marketing campaigns for Media and Mapp Engage clients, advising Media and Campaign Management clients continuously on campaigns. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Planning campaigns continuously with dedicated clients for Media and traditional Campaign Management • Working together with our Publisher network for the Media part • Create a media plan independently • Knowledge in Media buying (CPM, CPL, CPC, CPO) • Briefing campaigns to internal and external resources (agencies) on initial and change requests, • Driving communication in all steps of the campaign with client, including all approval rounds following agreed process, • Preparing message in Mapp Engage, including usage of content management system, • Broadcasting message, including data import or/and export and selection, • Delivering performance reporting, • Delivering internal invoicing and tracking effort, • Continuously advising client on email marketing campaign best practice, • Continuously updating campaign tools/lists and process documentations, • Taking actively part to quarterly meetings with Account Manager and client, if required for optimization of campaign process, • Supporting campaign onboarding for new Campaign Management client (more experienced task), • Supporting campaign presales requests, including presentations and effort estimation for (new) clients or customized pricing (more experienced tasks for new clients), • Continuously transferring knowledge and best practices to the team REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Graduated from University or equivalent education with temporary job experience (intern or working student) or job experience > 2 years in similar field • Fluent German language with minimum good level English language • Hands-on mentality • Well-organized, feel comfortable in using technical tools • Attention to detail • Reliable, team-player • Service/client-oriented • able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines, able to learn and react fast, problem solving & process oriented
