Summary: Responsible for the strategic development of the Industry Segment (IS) /Industry Cluster (IC) in accordance with the overall corporate strategy and achievement of defined objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
6. Develops national strategy for Industry Segment/Industry Cluster
7. Manages, coaches and motivates the team (that is, Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, National Key Account
8. Managers) in IS-related knowledge, defining priorities and handling conflicts in line with the company processes and corporate strategy
9. Responsible for the achievement of defined objectives (turnover, contribution margin, etc), establishing necessary measures to achieve objectives and monitoring results
10. Contributes to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for the specific cluster
11. Manages the price policy and customer conditions in line with the company policies
12. Assigns targets customers to Sales Engineers, IS Specialists, and National Key Account Managers
13. Supports Sales Manager and Management in general providing market inputs and information
14. Responsible for collection of product requirements of the IS as an input for ISP
15. Responsible, together with Human Resources, for staff recruitment, training and development, etc. in the area of responsibility.
16. Supports and promotes personal development related to the career path of the Sales Engineers and National Key Account Managers.
Experience / Education Preferred:
17. Technical Degree, Master or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
18. 5 years’ experience in Outside or Inside Sales environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
19. Specific knowledge in the industry cluster/industry segment area of responsibility
20. Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry ClusterExcellent oral & written communication skills.
21. Special experience in Sales Engineer Industrial, National Key Account Manager, IS Specialist
22. At least 3 years of management experience
23. Fluent language skills in English.
24. Skills in MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object required.
