Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
* Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
* Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
* Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
* Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
* Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols.
