TheOpportunity:
The Brand Managercontributes in driving the success of flu and travel vaccines bydeveloping data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies. Youwill ensure that healthcare professionals (HCPs) and otherstakeholders receive relevant, high-quality content through themost effective touchpoints along their customer, enhancing theiroverall experience.
Main responsibilitiesinclude optimizing digital campaigns, using CRM and marketingautomation tools, and analyzing performance data to refineengagement strategies. Additionally, you will be a digital andinnovation evangelist, driving mindset shifts and executionexcellence, within the field force. By integrating digitalsolutions, you will enhance customer experience, strengthensstakeholder relationships, and directly contributes to commercialsuccess. Furthermore, the Brand Manager collaborates with teams toalign digital programs with brand goals and enhance digitalknowledge across the organization.
Accountabilities:
Brand Strategy &Execution
* Developdata-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies for vaccineproducts
* Design and implement marketingprograms tailored to market dynamics, competitive landscape, andcustomer needs
* Improve customer journey andexperience by ensuring seamless and interactions across alltouchpoints
* Enhance the Sales Journey by usingCRM data for preparation, ensuring customer conversations throughiPad, driving consent generation, and extending engagement throughapproved emails
* Provide strategic insights byanalyzing trends, stakeholder behaviors, and performance data torefine brand positioning
* Ensure brandconsistency across all touchpoints and improve engagement throughtargeted messaging and content
Cross-Functional Collaboration & DigitalInnovation
* Alignbrand strategy and execution with Sales, Medical, Operations,Market Access, et al
* Use CRM, automation, andanalytics to improve engagement, experience andperformance
* Champion digital adoption and newideas, especially for the field force
* Strengthen internal digital capabilities and drivecontinuous improvement
Compliance & PerformanceMonitoring
* Track andanalyze marketing programs to measure effectiveness, createinsights, and improve future strategies
* Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. HWG, AMG, codices, etal) and internal policies while maintaining high-quality standardsin all marketing activities
Your Skills andExperience:
* University degree in Business, Science, IT or a relatedfield
* At least 3-5 years of experience inbrand management or digital marketing within the pharmaceutical orhealthcare industry, with a focus on multi-channel strategies,experience in vaccines preferred
