Student Assistant – Office Administration

Your tasks
At ISCC we are a close team of highly motivated, supportive and committed young professionals with a multitude of backgrounds. Due to the continued growth, we are looking for a student assistant to support our Office Management team. If you feel we are a fit, we are looking forward to welcoming you in our team at the ISCC head office in Cologne.
1. You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure all general Office Management processes run efficiently and smoothly
2. You will be responsible for ordering consumables and groceries
3. You will collect and distribute incoming and outgoing post
4. You will prepare the conference rooms for external visitors
5. You will fill in and prepare supporting documentation for various projects
6. You assist project or research work related to Office Management and HR
7. You are welcome to bring own ideas and assume more responsibility in the long term
Your profile
8. Enrolled student with an availability of about 10 hours per week for at least one year (preferably longer)
9. Available for full on-site work in the Cologne office. Due to the nature of the work, home office will only be possible in exceptional cases
10. Excellent communication skills in German (at least B2) and English (at least C1). Additional languages will be of advantage
11. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
12. A high degree of initiative and excellent research competency
13. A service-oriented, proactive and supportive attitude
14. Excellent time management and self-organization
15. An approachable and reliable team player
