Your tasks:
As part of our Customer Connectivity team, you provide and improve services for our internal and external stakeholders. With your polite and professional appearance, you are responsible for the technical key account management. That means, you support and consult clients in reflecting the individual business use case into applicable trading architecture and improve internal processes by applying your advanced knowledge gained through customer interactions.
Furthermore, you will participate in projects to improve and design new solutions for our customers by collaborating with other departments and taking ownership of specific actions. While doing so you will always have a holistic understanding of the teams, the processes and the services.
In this position you will use the solutions and architectures provided by our suppliers daily. With this framework you will further improve your technical knowledge around infrastructure, connectivity and trading systems. As the senior of your team, you will share your knowledge and experiences to sharpen the team’s expertise and efficiency. This extends to a degree, where you establish a mentor relationship with your colleagues to develop their skills individually – especially with newcomers.

Your skills:
* University degree in business administration or business information systems or comparable fields of study
* 3-5 year proven working experience in the B2B sector
* Excellent communicational, social and analytical skills in German and English in spoken and written form
* Experience in Technical key account management and in the use of an ITSM (IT Service Management) tool
* Structured and audience-adapted presentation skills
* Knowledge of exchange trading systems are advantageous
* Experience in projects and working with service providers
* A great team spirit, strong customer focus and flexibility when required to achieve goals and complete assignments.
* Working experiences in a regulated environment (like exchanges, banks, insurances) are advantageous
