The Team is responsible for developing and selling new business as well as creating an excellent client service experience. The main focus of the team is to act as a consulting service for our own client services teams. The DACH Business Development Team are turned to as experts in different fields that drive the business. Therefore you will have a strong focus on project work on an interdisciplinary and cross departmental level. We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment, closely interacting with teams throughout the company. Key Tasks Develop and manage small or medium scaled projects including maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and other project relevant documents Sell and promote service packages and Awin products to publishers and strategic partners Drive and develop business through acquisition and the development of new small, medium or large publishers for the Awin network in collaboration with the sales team Identify & execute business development opportunities Build trust and credibility with your prospects by taking the time to understand their needs and provide thoughtful solutions by following a consultive selling approach Build strong external customer understanding and meet customer needs through collaborative work with your colleagues Support of the implementation of policies and processes, collection of best practices, create case studies in collaboration with the Marketing department, and deliver internal knowledge sharing sessions to capture, and share knowledge on project outcomes and innovative practices Skills & Expertise Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in online marketing Previous experience in a sales, business development or project management environment Proficiency with the MS Office suite Talent for sales and good communication skills Target oriented, tenacious and determined to succeed Flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously You are an action oriented person with a good business insight, who cultivates innovation You have a strong customer centric mindset Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of actionable recommendations) Focused on detail and quality, while maintaining a positive and pragma
