We are looking for a Head of Maintenance Production (all genders) in the Maintenance department at Eurowings Technik GmbH at our location in Düsseldorf with immediate effect, full-time and for an indefinite period.
Responsibilities
* You will be the nominated Person Maintenance – managing compliance with the regulations in accordance with Part-145 in the areas of maintenance under his/her supervision.
* You are responsible for the performance of scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance tasks as well as inspections, troubleshooting, correction of defects, and modifications to contribute to a smooth operation.
* You ensure the procurement and administration of maintenance tools, special tools, and ground support equipment.
* You are responsible for the Safety Management System within the P145 organization and support further development of safety management procedures.
* You strive for excellence - your ambition is to continuously improve EWT's Line Maintenance with a digitalized and innovative mindset.
Qualifications
* You hold a university degree in engineering or any other relevant field; preferably you have an additional EASA CAT B1 or B2 qualification.
* You have several years of extensive work experience in the field of aircraft maintenance or engineering, as well as strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
* You possess analytical thinking and substantiated leadership experience.
* You have founded communication skills and fluency in German and English language.
