Your responsibilities:
Step into an exciting role as International Sales Specialist, driving growth and pioneering strategic initiatives across Europe and beyond.
We’re looking for a visionary with a passion for building key partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and shaping the future of connected technology.
Join us in making an impact on the global stage and lead the way in transformative innovation!
* Take ownership of key accounts to drive regional sales and revenue through strategic initiatives
* Forge impactful B2C, DIY, and B2B partnerships across diverse markets, expanding our reach and influence
* Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, pricing and marketing strategies
* Design customized market entry strategies tailored to the unique needs of each region
* Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring mutual success and collaboration
* Represent the company at international trade fairs, roadshows and face-to-face meetings
* Lead contract negotiations to secure lasting, high-impact agreements
Your skills & qualifications:
* Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or a related field
* Initial experience in sales or account management, ideally with an international focus
* Fluent in English and German, with strong communication and relationship-building skills (additional languages are a plus)
* Proven ability to independently identify growth opportunities across various markets
* Solid understanding of market dynamics, particularly in B2C and smart home segments and skilled in conducting market activities and competitive analysis
