As a Learning Specialist at Amazon, you'll play a vital role in developing and managing a team of trainers, who are responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to our associates and managers. Working closely with the Learning Manager, you'll partner with operations teams to ensure that our training programs meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's mission of being the most customer-centric company on Earth.

Key job responsibilities
* Developing training plans that minimise disruption to operations and ensure training is of high quality
* Auditing the quality of training/coaching and putting actions in place when necessary
* Planning and executing the recruitment and training of the best instructors
* Ensuring positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholders
* Managing a team of Trainers and supporting them with their career development
* Analysing and interpreting metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Providing training to the learning team on changes to learning materials/processes
Basic qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Collaborative approach
Self-starter with the ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders
Previous experience of delivering training and coaching to employees
Actively seek opportunities to positively impact beyond the area of responsibility
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and to tight deadlines
An analytical approach to assessing the effectiveness of training interventions
Written and spoken English and local language
Preferred qualifications
• Ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyse issues, and drive solutions • Capacity to bring clarity to complex situations • Evidence of applying lean manufacturing concepts or the ability to teach them.
