For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a: Senior Analytics Manager (m/f/d) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on implementing advanced analytics solutions, ensuring the integrity of data collection, and driving measurable insights to optimize our marketing strategies. As a trusted expert, you will lead client engagements, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to enhancing our clients' marketing maturity. Your Tasks: Technical Leadership Design and deploy comprehensive data collection strategies for digital measurement, including web analytics, app tracking, and audience strategies. Implement and configure Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to ensure seamless tracking and insights delivery. Lead advanced analytics engagements using the Google Analytics stack and other marketing technologies. Client Engagement and Insight Generation Partner with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into actionable data strategies. Conduct workshops and training sessions to guide clients in measurement, insights discovery, and optimization. Deliver tracking plans, implementation guides, and reporting dashboards with tools like Looker Studio. Solution Development and Integration Implement tracking solutions through Google Tag Manager and other platforms such as ContentSquare Debug and resolve tagging and analytics issues to maintain data cleanliness and reliability. Collaborate with client development teams to integrate analytics into their digital ecosystem. Team Collaboration and Mentorship Mentor and support team members, fostering skill development and a collaborative work environment. Share best practices and innovative approaches to elevate analytics expertise across the organization. Your Profile: Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. Industry Experience: 4 years of experience in digital analytics with proven expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Technical Expertise: Proficiency in APIs, mobile app tracking, and analysis. Expertise in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Web Analytics (ie. ContentSquare and associated technologies. Client-Centric Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience running workshops and client engagements. Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing performance through data-driven solutions. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Cloud, or related platforms are a plus.
