MEININGER Management Trainee Program offers you a multifaceted insight into hotel operations of a growing, international hotel chain and is a fast-track development opportunity for you to grow into a supervisory or management role upon successful completion of the program.

THE PROGRAM
1. Duration: 12 - 18 months
2. Comprehensive development program incl. core modules Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, Management
3. Assignments across Germany as well as our HQ in Berlin
4. Exciting and challenging projects to implement systems and improve processes
5. Career coaching, performance & development feedback to support you on your career path
YOUR PROFILE
6. Professional education plus 1-2 years of experience in hospitality with an excellent track record of performance
7. Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to develop a career in the industry
8. Potential for leadership and aspiration to create an impact as a manager at MEININGER
9. Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills and competencies
10. Resilience and ability to work under pressure or in situations of uncertainty
11. Strong focus on results and understanding of the business
12. Excellent communication skills
13. Cultural savvy and international mindset
14. You have very good written and spoken English skills, other languages are an advantage
15. Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the traineeship assignments to various MEININGER locations
16. Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel booking software is an advantage
