Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues? We are looking for a Market Coordinator to support the Field Team and Key Accounts Team in the DACH & CEE region. In this pivotal role, you will manage high-value Host-related inquiries and escalations while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Host-facing support to the Market Management and Key Accounts Teams
* Become an expert in company policies, Community Support, and brand risk topics
* Deliver end-to-end resolution and clear communication to Hosts
* Conduct in-depth research to resolve Host issues efficiently
* Manage and triage escalation tickets, offering solutions for quick resolution
* Respond to Host inquiries via email with professionalism and timeliness
* Drive improvements in listing quality to boost 5-star bookings in your markets
* Participate in in-market events as needed
* Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Consistently meet or exceed SLA response times
Skills & Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management
* Native-level German and fluent English communication skills
* Strong background in handling high-value, time-sensitive customer inquiries
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
* Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Skilled in conflict resolution with a focus on de-escalating challenging situations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support team initiatives
* Experience with tools like Salesforce, G-Suite, and Jira (preferred)
