Purpose of your Job This position is a 12-18 month parental leave substitution, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our People & Culture team by supporting recruiting coordination and wellbeing initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth processes and a positive experience for both candidates and employees during this time while you have the opportunity to enhance your HR Know-How. Your Responsibility Recruiting (50%) Assist the Senior HR Business Partner with recruitment coordination tasks. Manage job postings in our ATS (Personio) and ensure all candidate data is accurately maintained. Coordinate interviews, including sending invites, scheduling, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers. Act as a point of contact for candidate queries, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Support with generating recruitment reports and analytics from Personio. Health & Wellbeing Administration (30%) Administer employee health and wellbeing programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local regulations. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding health-related queries, benefits, and wellness initiatives. Coordinate workplace wellbeing programs, events, and campaigns to promote a healthy work environment. Collaborate with external providers to deliver impactful employee assistance programs (EAPs). General HR Support (20%) Assist with HR Administration Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and compliant. Support HR projects, such as training and development initiatives, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related queries and policies. What you need to succeed Experience: 1-3 years in HR, with proven expertise in recruitment and/or health & wellbeing program administration. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Languages: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Tech-Savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
