CBRN Security Cooperation Program Analyst

As a CBRN Security Cooperation (SC) Program Analyst, you’ll bring your CBRN expertise to work alongside thought leaders in SC on projects for a Combatant Command. You will support the oversight of partner nation and ally security cooperation activities tracking, management, assessment, enhancement, and execution of CBRN initiatives and capabilities within the framework of the client's SC requirements and in coordination with partners and allies ensuring readiness to meet CBRN capability targets during wartime or crisis situations in the European AOR. You’ll facilitate and manage Military-to-Military (M2M) and Military-to-Civilian (Mil-to-Civ) engagements involving the DoD, Guard, and partner nations and allies, in alignment with strategic and country plans, to include planning, coordinating, and executing events, exercises, assessments, conferences, seminars, and workshops. You will support Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives (SSCI) planning initiatives and activities and provide guidance and coordinate with SSCI implementing agencies to input completed Initiative Design Documents (IDDs), Performance Monitoring Plans (PMPs), Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Proposals, and Training and Equipment Lists (TELs) into Socium in alignment with various plans strategy, country plan requirements, and various orders. You’ll coordinate with the Headquarters' directorates and its Service Components, Offices of Security Cooperation (OSC), Bilateral Affairs Officers (BAO), State Partnership Program (SPP), the National Guard Bureau (NGB), Defense Agencies, partner nations, and allies to implement CBRN SC programs. You will ensure proper annotation of country data in the Security Cooperation Training and Management System (SC-TMS), the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), and the Concept and Funding Request (CFR) system. Utilize security cooperation and security assistance information management systems, including C2IE, Socium, DSAMs, and OHASIS, to facilitate efficient program operations. You will prepare, collate, and maintain descriptive program information and data, including charts, documents, and briefings on SC education and training programs for senior leader use.

You Have:
1. 5+ years of experience in SC
2. 2+ years of experience in CBRN operations and activities
3. Ability to work independently to accomplish client directed work and meet objectives
4. TS/SCI clearance
5. Bachelor's degree

6. Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Service Components, or Joint Staff

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
