Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll lead and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning of our rapidly expanding digital business in the DACH region. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Project Management, Operations), ensuring alignment between workforce demand and planned capacity, and advising on strategic directions with a three-year outlook.
You’ll specifically be the key interface to all functions across our sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, communicate regularly with senior-level representatives, and liaise with global headquarters on S&OP topics. You will also drive the community for all DACH sites and be part of a diverse regional management team with exciting insights on Project Management, Performance, and Planning transversal challenges.
1. Leading strategic execution and providing footprint recommendations.
2. Coordinating with other Alstom sites for collaborative efforts.
3. Driving Sales and Operations Planning within the DACH region.
4. Advising on strategic directions and preparing growth scenarios.
5. Communicating with DACH and other regional management teams.
6. Liaising with global headquarters for S&OP topics.

7. A university degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8. Experience in Project Management/Planning/S&OP or as a management/strategy consultant.
9. A data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
10. Proficiency in MS Office; especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
11. Understanding of the railway business or ETCS/CBTC technologies or signalling infrastructure is a plus.
12. Willingness to travel occasionally.
13. Proficiency in English and German.
