Your new job includes
As Team Leader CRM & Loyalty Management, you will be responsible for the strategic management and further development of the Heinemann Group's CRM activities and loyalty program with the aim of increasing sales per loyalty customer.
In particular, you will
* take over the targeted planning, conception and implementation management of all direct marketing activities in coordination with the overarching marketing plan end2end
* designing interactive, personalized CRM campaigns that can be rolled out internationally and implementing them in collaboration with your team, agencies and other marketing departments
* plan, design and coordinate new cross-channel, personalized and automated lifecycle communication and ensure implementation
* define relevant customer segments for a targeted customer approach and coordinate communication slots per customer segment
* drive the strategic development of the loyalty program (e.g. benefits, mechanisms) and the international roll-out
* provide disciplinary and technical leadership to a team of up to 8 employees
* manage strategic projects and contribute to larger strategic project initiatives
Preferred Profile
* Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing/ communication/ CRM or comparable training with relevant professional experience
* At least 5 years of professional experience in B2C-CRM marketing in a larger retail company or in the FMCG industry; ideally already responsible for the content management of interactive campaign formats
* Several years of management experience
* Strong strategic-creative thinking and the ability to think “out of the box”
* Very good communication skills and strong negotiating skills
* Knowledge of CRM systems and e-mail marketing systems
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
