In the Sustainability Product Line within ALDI DX, we enable ALDI’s Global Sustainability Strategy with common data, integrated processes and the right technology.

Your Job
What you give your best for
* Assuming responsibility for the seamless operation of one or more sustainability solutions
* Driving the optimisation of our live operations and contributing your own creative ideas to ensure continuous product stability
* Finding solutions to operational disruptions and incidents by working closely with the product teams and our Global Service Desk, as well as our external development partners and vendors
* Proactively advising the product owners on (technical) improvements for our products
* Ensuring compliance with product SLAs and creating corresponding reports
* Using your specialised knowledge of ITSM methodologies at the heart of the agile product team
Your Profile
What you should have.
* Proactive hands-on approach to tasks and challenges, keeping an overview in challenging situations
* Ability to understand complex situations and identify dependencies with ease
* A customer-oriented approach and excellent communication and presentation skills, both in German and English
* Ability to apply theoretical knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices (e.g. ITIL) on the job, focusing in particular on service transition and service operation practices
* Experience working as a valuable member of an agile team; ability to adapt to new environments and changing technical setups
* Proficiency and hands-on experience using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
* Interest in working in an international context with a variety of cultures; strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to thrive in diverse work environments
* Agile mindset, persuasiveness and strong communication skills
Desirable extras.
* ITSM certification (e.g. ITIL Foundation)
