Team Assistant of our Legal Department (m/f/d)
Wertheim Village
Key tasks:
• Administrative property management in the legal area such as, but not limited to:
o Contract management (from drafting to archiving)
o Management of collaterals (rental guarantees, performance and warranty bonds)
o Insurance management
o Monitoring and approval of shop units transfers
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Monitoring and maintenance of various deadlines
• File and archive management
• Classical secretarial duties, in particular management of all correspondence in German/English as well as the travel and appointment calendar of the Legal Director
• Invoice management
• Budget control
• Central link between the Legal department and all other departments (e.g. finance, human resources, leasing, retail, marketing, tourism and operations)
The successful candidate will have:
• Professional training and/or experience as a team assistant/secretary/office assistant/similar
• Professional training and/or experience in legal matters would be beneficial, but is not mandatory
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, high resilience and motivation
