This will include those relating to monitoring, and managing dealer accounts, Know Your Intermediary/Customer (KYI/KYC) operations, coordinating all operational risk and permanent control framework including fraud, outsourcing, conduct, compliance and breach of regulations, ICT risks and other risk types in collaboration with other specialized independent control functions. Ensure that the Group procedures are implemented locally, transposed if need be according to the local specificities. Procedures are validated, published, updated, properly stored and communicated to the relevant stakeholders Ensure that material risks and their mitigants are evaluated, the effective implementation of the risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) within the 360 system and it continuous updates, the RCSA is validated by the relevant stakeholders, that the results of the RCSA and the local control plan (LCP) are consistent Key objective is implementing the 1st Line of Defence (1LoD) framework, governance and controls to ensure that operational risks are appropriately managed across Corporate Risk and Wholesale Operations via adapting Generic Control Libraries and keeping the LCP up-to-date, executing and coordinating the controls according to LCP and ensuring that control results reviewed and analysed by the management, action plans are defined if needed, inputting the control results as well as self-identified action plans in the 360 system and ensure the follow-up of those Organise the follow-up of the findings, recommendations either issued by second or third line of defence, or external auditors Monitor historical incidents (HI) including long term incidents; alerting the management and control functions, collect evidence and input data and updates in 360system, analysing incidents and define corrective measures which must be implemented jointly with the relevant stakeholders Maintaining continuous interaction between first and second lines of defence to achieve a robust and effective management of operational risk and permanent control framework, contribute to validation committee (TAC/NAC) or any related meetings, forum, council Coordinate the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Intermediary (KYI) operations with the customer relationship managers, which aims at managing risks associated with the use of intermediaries, notably corruption, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions and reputation From an operational perspective manages the KYI files, monitoring the completion and integrity of the information. Initiates the review or a full recertification further to trigger events, or a full recertification on the due date.
