Our team consists of 11 employees based in Waldkirch and Freiburg-Hochdorf. The core responsibility is monitoring and ensuring the series quality of assemblies and devices in production. Based on key performance indicators, we implement targeted measures such as supplier complaints, process improvements, and device design optimizations. Our daily work is supported by the 8D methodology for problem-solving, the use of quality tools (Q7), and the application of technical statistics.
YOUR TASKS:
* Independently conduct technical analyses of complex quality issues in electronics, optics, and mechanics.
* Continuously monitor product and process quality and actively work to improve them.
* Develop sustainable preventive and corrective measures for quality deviations and customer complaints.
* Lead and moderate 8D optimization teams.
* Closely collaborate with Quality Engineering, Repair, and Development departments.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, with further qualification as a certified technician or comparable qualification.
* Several years of professional experience.
* Industry knowledge in the field of sensors as well as plant and mechanical engineering.
* Good command of English.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, independent and structured working style, and a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
