What we offer:
* Planning and active participation in the implementation of projects, especially in the area of process automation and digitalisation
* Further development of the service offering and continuous improvement of standards and a high level of customer orientation in the HR Shared Service organisation
* Technical and disciplinary management of the HR Shared Service Centre (payroll accounting, occupational pensions and travel expense accounting)
* Responsibility for payroll, company pension and travel expense accounting for all German locations as well as for the preparation of BAV, anniversary and ATZ reports
* Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements and data protection regulations
* Supervision of internal and external audits
* Cooperation with employee representatives
What we would like to see:
* Profound knowledge of Payroll, company pension and travel expense accounting, social security and tax law, annual financial statements (in particular provisions) as well as (collective bargaining) knowledge of the metal and electrical industry
* Experience in independently managing complex HR projects and in field of process automation and digitalisation (e.g. using RPA)
* Large-scale, generalist HR expertise due to many years of professional experience in HR management
* Strong implementation and assertive personality with a confident appearance, high social competence and business understanding
* Business fluent in German and English
