Ihre Aufgaben
- Develop business case-driven commercial strategies and sales tactics for the EMEA HPB (=Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary) business to support growth of new product launches, geographic expansion and optimization of launched products
- Lead (sub-)projects with high visibility in the company composed of members with different positions and backgrounds
- Develop go-to-market strategies incl. business model, bundling, payment options, contract terms and conditions; lead detailing and regional implementation
- Develop market research- and analytics-driven pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the global Marketing Communication team and regional teams to (re)shape and enhance the value proposition of existing and new products; develop customer segments and personas accordingly
- Execute EMEA launch strategies in collaboration with regional sales and marketing teams (e.g. Global Launch Playbook, pitch packs, tools, and campaign collateral, etc.)
- Collaborate for informing internal cross-functional teams as well as regional partners at all levels on business deliverables/requirements under your scope of responsibility for EMEA commercialization
- Maintain responsibility and drive alignment of commercialization plans, budgets, timelines, risk assessment, progress and risk mitigation proposals as necessary
- Collaborate to establish KPIs to track product launch and execution, develop mitigation plans as needed to keep all targets on time/track
- Exchange with thought leaders who will advise on product development and innovation as well as Healthcare Professionals to learn more about customer needs on different levels and product value perception
- Support creation of commercial response materials and strategies to address rising competitive threats and changing market trends
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Completed studies like master’s degree in business administration or Natural studies
- Several years of experience in business development and/or commercial roles in medical technology (endoscopy experience would be ideal)
- Consulting experience advantageous
- Experience in successfully developing and launching new products in the medical device industry from concept to commercialization advantageous
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage stakeholder on all levels such as internal operational and middle management, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), global counterparts and management as well as external companies
- Strong analytical skills, business & strategic mindset
- Strong contextual awareness & overarching perspective on company interests
- Independent and proactive behavior with a strong business mindset and a holistic perspective
