JOIN OUR TEAM As Store Operations & Performance Manager, you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Stores and be responsible for their performance. This high-impact role offers a steep development path in a StartUp-like setting. You will lead the Store Managers and work closely with a highly talented, dynamic and diverse team in Munich and across Germany. This position is unlimited and located in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth, brand awareness, Store experience and operational excellence leading, inspiring, and developing the Store Managers to enhance their capabilities and drive Store performance, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the teams deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve their targets managing budgets and financial performance, analysing sales data and costs to optimize profitability developing, standardising and overseeing the day-to-day Store operations and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures supporting the planning and opening of new Stores, especially related to staffing, training and ensuring that new Stores transition smoothly into operations helping with sustainability initiatives and managing the maintenance of Store facilities YOU COME WITH proven experience (5 years in a leadership role) as Operations Manager or Area Manager or in a similar role within the premium/luxury retail industry (ideally home & living or fashion) strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading teams to achieve sales and operational excellence in-depth understanding of Store processes related to administration, training, people management, and logistics as well as experience with property management strong hands-on mentality and a high degree of team spirit and organisational skills, strategic thinker with a commercial mindset excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results flexibility to travel to various Store locations as required proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) WHY WESTWING Aside from our awesome team and shared purpose we offer a variety of additional benefits.
