We are looking for a Corporate Communication Manager to join our team in Luxembourg and lead our national and internationalcommunication strategy across multiple channels and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementingeffective communication plans that align with our business objectives, enhance our brand image, and engage our internal andexternal stakeholders, reporting directly to the Corporate Affairs Director. Your responsibilities: Develop and execute communication strategies and caigns that support our corporate vision, mission, values andtransformational ambitions Manage our media relations, crisis communication, and issues management, ensuring timely and accurate responses tomedia inquiries and potential reputational risks Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business units,regulators, governmental bodies, industry associations, NGOs, and media outlets Support the development of our change program narrative and journey, key messages, benefits and communicationsblueprint to underpin executive communication activities covering cultural, process, functional and persona led viewpoints,leveraging Landewycks formal & informal communication channels and ability to innovate to generate excitement andengagement Act as a point of contact for our international offices, offering support for their various internal and externalcommunications needs Create and oversee the production of high quality content for our external and internal websites, social media,newsletters, press releases, internal and external reports, speeches and other communication materials such as companydecks, presentations, Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our communication activities and provide insights andrecommendations for improvement Curate internal and external events Your profile: Bachelor''s degree or higher in communication, journalism, public relations, or related field within an international company At least 5 years of proven experience in corporate communication, preferably in the tobacco or FMCG industry, or anyother highly regulated industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Luxembourgish, German, French and English with the ability to craftcompelling and engaging messages for different audiences and channels ( C1 level ), with impeccable attention to detail writing relevant copy whether its for press releases, speeches or social media posts. is being considered as a strongadvantage Strong media relations and crisis communication skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations withprofessionalism and integrity Strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into communication objectives and tactics Extensive connections with local and Euro
