Head of Manufacturing (m/f/d) (Full Time) EFT Mobility is looking for an experienced head of manufacturing who will lead the build up and execution of a battery pack final assembly line (output up to 5000 units/year). You will be responsible for setting up all the relevant tooling, defining assembly and validation processes, and setting up the logistics and supply chain. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processes & Tooling: Lead the introduction of the required tooling and the setup of all related processes (ERP, MES, ) Assembly: Define the assembly process, assembly line layout, and format of assembly instructions. End of Line & Quality: Define end of line testing procedures and quality assurance measures. Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the relocation to new manufacturing facilities, including managing the physical setup and securing the necessary insurance coverage. Supply Chain Logistics: Oversee supplier qualification and management, ensure timely ordering and supply of required parts, and handle price and payment term negotiations with suppliers. Required Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work from our offices in Munich, Germany. Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Engineering, Operations, or relevant fields.
