We are looking for an experienced and driven Interim Finance Manager. In this key role, you will contribute to the financial success of our operations in Germany. You will oversee and lead the Finance & Controlling activities for our brand Isuzu in Germany, as well as specific markets in Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Your Key Responsibilities As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a broad scope of activities, including: Financial Planning and Reporting Developing, managing, and coordinating annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the markets under your responsibility. Monitoring and ensuring adherence to financial plans and identifying variances to address opportunities or risks. Preparing financial reports in accordance with HGB, IFRS, and internal corporate standards. Tax and Compliance Management Calculating corporate taxes and preparing transfer pricing documentation. Managing internal and external audits, including tax and customs audits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Strategic Financial Advisory Acting as a trusted advisor to the senior management team on financial strategies, investment opportunities, and risk management. Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and policies to maintain the integrity of financial practices. Process Optimization and Digital Transformation Analyzing and enhancing IT systems and spearheading process digitization initiatives. Overseeing the implementation of a digital document approval system to streamline workflows. Team Leadership and Development Leading, motivating, and mentoring the Finance team to cultivate a culture of collaboration, excellence, and growth. Ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary tools, skills, and guidance to excel in their roles. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a skilled professional who can bring both leadership and technical expertise to the role. The ideal candidate should possess the following: A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a Bachelor’s degree may be considered with significant relevant experience). A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in financial management, ideally within the German automotive industry. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, including HGB and IFRS, as well as tax regulations. Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in financial systems (ERP, MS Office) and experience with digital transformation processes. Demonstrated success in managing change, process improvement, and team leadership.
