This position is to be filled in Dresden, so the location is Dresden. As a Senior Project Manager (f/m/div) for Semiconductor Hook-Up Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution and completion of semiconductor hook-up projects. In co-operation with a general contractor, you will ensure the success of the projects to be managed. In addition, you will oversee the controlling of the projects and prepare data from your area and support the management with reports for decisions. In your new role you will: Be responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project goals, especially in the integration of the hook-up process into the overall process of capacity expansion Definition of clear roles and responsibilities between project management and the general contractor (stakeholders) Ensuring the efficient implementation of the project plan and controlling of project progress including the definition & creation of KPI reports (e.g. Business Balance Score Card) Applying, controlling and continuously improving project management processes and methods Acting as a central communication interface for management, project controlling and the project team Identifying and managing project risks, troubleshooting and developing solutions to problems or ambiguities You are best equipped for this task if you have: Have a university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) preferably in chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, energy management or a related field At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and hook up management of semiconductor plants Experience in project management of production companies or have already worked in equivalent complex tasks Have excellent communication skills and can interact with various stakeholders in an international environment Be able to work purposefully, reliably and conscientiously in a team and l ead teams Be able to communicate fluently in German and English (language level at least C1) Contact: Marcus Wieduwilt, LinkedIn WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
