Responsibilities
* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the consumer electronics sector
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key distribution partners while identifying new business opportunities
* Conduct market analyses to identify growth potential and define clear sales targets
* Negotiate and finalize annual contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to optimize strategic partnerships
* Work closely with internal teams (GTM, MTK, Retail, etc.) to successfully plan and execute product launches and sales initiatives
* Support logistics and inventory planning to ensure efficient product availability and timely delivery
Your Profile
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* At least five years of experience in B2C sales, ideally in a company with 500+ employees
* Experience in channel/operator sales is a plus
* Strong understanding of B2C sales processes and project management
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a "never give up" attitude
