Marketing Communications Manager (all genders), Monheim
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Demand Creation: You will work cross-functionally to implement local communications, media, and content strategies. Understanding customer insights, needs, drivers, and barriers will be key to your success.
* Business Understanding: You will develop strategies directed to all relevant multipliers and stakeholders i.e., trade, consultants, contractors, and farmers. Your approach will reflect the diverse regions within Germany and their specific market structures.
* Customer Journeys: You will understand and activate farmer customer journeys through specific touchpoint and media activities. Your focus will be on our key marketing activation pillars: Face-to-Face, Events, CRM Data, and Mass Media. Furthermore, you will utilize RADL segmentation logic and available customer data, including our loyalty program.
* Operational Excellence: You will set ambitious yet realistic communication objectives, plan and reflect on budgets, KPIs, and key results. Steering external marketing communication agencies (creative, media, digital/web, and social media) will be part of your role to achieve best-in-class results based on agreed KPIs and ROI. In addition, you will hold overall responsibility for the planning, creation, and tracking of communication materials after final alignment and approval from legal and technical perspectives.
* Business Engagement & Planning: You will ensure alignment with the relevant commercial strategy based on overall portfolio and segment objectives. Consulting and directing respective marketing activation campaigns will be essential.
* Collaboration: You will build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic influencers across the communications and brand management community. Your local insights will help leverage regional or global initiatives.

* You hold a degree in Marketing (Communication) or a related field.
* You have several years of experience in marketing communication (B-to-B or B-to-C).
* A good understanding of agriculture/farming is not a must-have but an additional asset.
* You possess very good analytical and presentation skills.
* You are self-motivated and assertive, with a strong results orientation.
* You demonstrate a strong results and sales orientation, with a dedicated customer focus.
* Your soft skills are excellent; you are team-oriented, goal- and outcome-oriented, service-minded, and persuasive.
* You are highly experienced in interacting with others and in leading cross-divisional project teams.
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
