Your Role
1. Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with business demand and within agreed SLAs
2. Continuously assess and enhance IT service management processes, implementing best practices and standards to optimize service delivery efficiency
3. Work in close collaboration with other CIT-O teams and maintain high level of end user experience
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide insights, and communicate the impact of IT Services on business operations
5. Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions
6. Maintain IT Security operational model and ensure up to date state
7. Represent IT Security services in projects and activities outside domain
8. Maintain relationship with other service managers within company
9. Actively participate in IT Security Service roadmap planning and represent operations part
10. Ensure IT Security service roadmap is living
11. Keep close contact with external parties associated with IT Security domain
Your Profile
12. Bachelors degree in Information technology or equivalent work experience
13. Have end user experience focused mindset
14. Have proven working experience in IT service management
15. Have proven working experience in IT Operations
16. Have working experience in IT in a large-scale complex environment
17. Have working experience in truly global environment – US, EMEA and APAC
18. Knowledge of different device management environments and their dependencies to other products
19. Experienced in coordinating and communicating complex tasks
20. Have working experience in operational technology harmonization
21. Excellent communication skills in English
