Be part of the largest and most challenging projects contributing to Hive’s growth across new customer segments and business verticals. Work closely with our partner manager on both day-to-day operations and strategic planning, gaining insights into the decisions that help us grow and improve our fulfillment center network. Collaborate with our fulfillment partners both on-site and remotely, assisting in resolving operational challenges. Measure the performance of our fulfillment sites & suggest improvement points to our operational KPIs and metrics (e.g. throughput, punctuality) Support team training on Hive’s fulfillment workflows and assist with rolling out new software features. Become an essential part of the Hive Operations team by working closely with the Head of Fulfillment and Expansion, alongside stakeholders and teams across the organization. You want to join as a working student for ca. 20 hours/week or for a full-time internship for 5-6 months. You are business fluent in English (bonus points if you speak German/ Polish), with strong communication skills to rally internal and external teams.
