Your responsibilities
1. Planning of demolition, renovation and refurbishment measures
2. Carrying out inventories and hazardous substance investigations in buildings and facilities
3. Supervision of measures for the remediation of contaminated sites and groundwater
4. Preparation of studies, specifications and cost estimates
5. Preparation of risk assessments, operating instructions, work and process instructions and documentation
6. Preparation of offers, cost control, preparation of draft resolutions
7. Client representation, specialist construction management and site supervision
8. Communication with customers, authorities and planning partners
9. Schedule, budget and quality control in the management of demolition projects
Your profile
10. Completed university degree in natural sciences or engineering (Diploma / Bachelor / Master) specialising in geology, civil engineering/environmental/chemical engineering, process engineering or similar
11. At least 5 years of professional experience as well as expertise in the technical, organisational and economic preparation and execution of decommissioning and remediation measures in the industrial sector with experience in project planning and management
12. A sense of responsibility, quality and safety awareness
13. Quick comprehension and good self-organisation
14. Expertise in accordance with TRGS 519, 521 and DGUV R101-004
15. HSSE qualification: SCC, Nebosh, SiGeKo
16. Good knowledge of the electronic waste records procedure (eANV)
17. Health and safety examinations G1.2, G26, G41, suitability for working at heights
