PURPOSE
This role is focused on developing the skills and knowledge of the adidas and sales force driving business growth with our retail partners around the globe. The Senior Manager Wholesale Learning will develop learning programs, manage agency relationships, drive implementation and foster engagement with our market partners across the globe.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Create, ideate and research learning programs, interventions, events and partners to build knowledge and skills for the wholesale audience globally
2. Relationship & project management with global and local internal business matter experts to create learning programs and content.
3. Support strategic planning process and learning needs analysis engaging in global and market calls for input and sell in
4. Manage vendors and external agencies in the design and creation of impactful learning programs
5. Engage and manage global wholesale digital community and information calendar and platform
6. Oversee budget and processes for wholesale learning programs and go to market
7. Partner with internal experts for analytics and digital tools ensuring best in class implementation and analysis to deliver impact and measure program results to adjust as needed
8. Manage and oversee the budget implementation process
9. Preparation of Monthly insights (Power BI) and development of the Insights tools (Excel reports and Power BI Dashboard)
10. Through external networking, bench learning and research contribute to further develop Sales Academy wholesale learning to be(come) best-in-class and future proof
11. Product Owner for the One Stop Shop Wholesale Learning Lab: Main counter part for the agency, bug fixing and development of functionalities and the UX.

14. Solid wholesale experience on global or market level. In depth understanding of wholesale processes, tools, systems and timelines.
15. Strong project and budget management and planning skills. Highly organized and demonstrated follow through.
16. Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies analyze data and identify learning solutions
17. Flexibility to work with short timelines in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS
30. Minimum of 5 years sales experience paired with a strong interest in training and / or learning management.
31. Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration or related field
