About the Role As Scrum Master and Junior Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in our global IT Digital Customer Experience team, supporting both B2C (end consumers) and B2B (business customers). You will collaborate with various internal business stakeholders and IT roles to build global, cutting-edge digital solutions that help achieve our business goals. You’ll join a dynamic and international team of Business Analysts, Delivery Leads and Software Engineers and report to the IT Manager Digital Customer Experience. What You Will Do Facilitate and guide digital IT product teams as both a Scrum Master (SAFe) and delivery lead, ensuring agile processes are upheld while removing obstacles. Drive the development and maintenance of digital IT solutions focused on eCommerce, CMS, and Digital Marketing. Build and nurture high-performing teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation. Facilitate workshops and key meetings to understand business requirements and perform as-is analysis. Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI-Planning. Manage team capacity, budgets, and report progress based on OKRs. Own the technical delivery of the solution and drive improvement of incident resolution, stability, and InfoSec. Who You Are Hold a university degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration. Have at least 5 years of experience with agile methodologies, demonstrating deep knowledge of Scrum/SAFe practices and ceremonies. Possess technical expertise in eCommerce, websites, portals, and digital marketing technologies (MarTech). Excel in analyzing and resolving complex problems with a continuous improvement mindset. Exhibit outstanding communication and facilitation skills, adept at leading workshops and stakeholder meetings. Thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate confidence in stakeholder management on both global and regional levels. Comfortable working in a vendor-driven development and support environment, Off-, Near-, and Onshore Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
