"What willyou be doing at ArrowECS?
* You will be responsiblefor developing, managing, and creating the relationship between theorganization and suppliers and customers
* Drivethe development and execution of strategy and business developmentand go -to-market plans.
* You ensure executionto sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiativesand establishing relationship with key stakeholders acrossgeographies
* Drives results through demandidentification and demand creationopportunities
* Stakeholder management-Leadsstakeholder management sessions and keeps various managementabreast of business dynamics by maintaining open lines ofcommunication
* Collaborate with the sales team,across geos to understand business trending and forecast andconsolidate input to management
* Provides marketintelligence and competitive watch ; evaluates, develops, andmanages market specific sales strategies and new strategic businessopportunities.
* Closely work with marketing teamto manage releases to customers, promotions andadvertising.
* Monitor the deployment ofmarketing and go-to-market actions against setKPI's
* Ensure the sales and technical teamsacross geos are enabled with the go-to-marketstrategy
This job profile requiresthe assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. Aportion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-relatedgoals as set forth by Arrow.

Whatare we looking for?
* Youhave 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executinga sales strategy and managing programs in the ITindustry
* Fluency inEnglish
* Effective communication with people atall levels
* Ability to build and developstrategic business relationships
* Self-motivatedwith a hardworking and proactiveapproach
