We are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Global Marketing team at Beiersdorf AG. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a global company, with responsibilities ranging from invoice management and purchase orders (POs) to personal assistance such as calendar management and travel bookings. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) and offers flexibility in terms of work hours (50-80%). * Team assistance : Invoice management, handling purchase orders, room bookings, etc.
* Personal assistance : Calendar management (Outlook), travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
* Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
* Flexible working hours (30 hours per week), with the possibility of remote work.
* Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally within a corporate setting.
* Good English skills are required, as most colleagues and supervisors are international. Fluency is not necessary, but a good level of communication is important.
* Proactive approach to tasks and the ability to adapt quickly to new responsibilities.
* Availability to work part-time (50-80%) for the duration of the contract, with a flexibility of schedule.
* A competitive hourly rate ranging from €20 to €24, depending on experience.
